In 2024 we will take part in the renovation of late “Rila” Hotel – not far from Bansko, turning it to into unique, really, truly one of a kind NOMADIC UTOPIA. The building, with a residential area of 16 700 m.2, is situated in a resort complex Semkovo and is the first venue of such a quadrature we have been working on.. Our goal is to come up with an exhilarating interior design concept, monitoring the entire execution of the project.
The present architectural style of the venue is Socialist Realism. Utilizing it as a starting-off point, and keeping its main features we are hoping to build up and create one up to date and innovative work place for digital nomads from all around the world.
