We met this fun, international couple while working onsite at Coliving Semkovo. They had parked their camper behind the building and spent a few months of summer 2024, while we were tackling the common areas of the nomad utopia.

Observing our work on a daily basis, they also asked us to design their apartment in block B, which had a more unconventional layout. The unit is 60 sq.m., which makes it one of the largest in the coliving.

We managed to create a sleeping area, large kitchen with all the equipment the lady of the house uses for her gastronomic experiments and we optimized all available space for storage.

The nook created by the slopes of the roof, which was hidden for many years behind wood cladding is now in a favourite green colour, exaggerating it as an architectural feature!
