You are someone who has seen the potential of investing in real estate and want to benefit from your decision to the fullest? Than this is for you! We will use our many years of experience in construction to help you optimize the ratio price-quality. in order to be super budget friendly you can organize everything by yourself, but if you want to jump straight in your next business venture – we will gladly take over the implementation of your project.

Sometimes we do not need a full design project, but just a little help at the right time. We created out “small packages”, for the times when you need someone to give it a professional touch, or you have limited budget, but still want your reconstruction to be of high quality and well thought through. The anticipated to be completed fully online, based on dimensions, provided by you, but if you still want us to come on site – no problem!

We adore every aspect of Architecture! We can not only design your dream edifice, but also tell you something fun about it. Contact us, if you need someone to passionately talk about ventilated façade systems, or why all Architects are looking for the North – we will most certainly make it interesting! 
But if you want to rediscover the beauty of a Bulgarian village and to have someone tell you the story of every interesting building in it, well… give us a call! We will not only find the most authentic hotel and restaurant in the area, we will also give you an Architectural tour. And to relax, we will find a local craftsman, who will teach you his tricks of the trade.

STAGES OF DESIGNING PROCESS

We come to you – on site (if, for example, you are in Plovdiv, we’ll come to you from Sofia) – so you tell us about your dreams.

Based on what you have shared with us and showed us we put together a Price offer for you with a possible time schedule. 

After we came to an agreement about that,  what a great match we actually are as Clients and Service provider, we sign up a Contract and get the project underway.

You receive an access to a Start package, with a full detailed description of all project phases you can expect to take place gradually. There aren’t projects fully identical but we made sure to prepare for you exhaustive work plan that won’t leave you wondering what comes first and so forth.

It’s not compulsory but vital to the process of project completion if you desire to receive all you can see on the blueprints and visualisation. 

If you have decided to skip the boring and sometimes overwhelming part of the design process, which is all about execution and organization and prefer to leave it to the professionals – we’ve got your back! At the end your only duty will be to kick back and relax infront of your brand new TV!
